Guide to creating events at 3cket

Shall we get started?

Creating a new event on 3cket is done via the"create event" tab on the organizer page.

This option appears in the left bar (on a computer) or at the top (on a cell phone).


1. general information about the event

In general information, you fill in the event's name, date and location.

2. Customizing the event

When personalizing the event, all the graphic elements and information relevant to the event are defined(logo, background images and descriptions).

3. Tickets

Tickets are where all the tickets and invitations for the event are created and managed.

4. Terms and conditions

The organizer's terms and conditions are presented to the participant at the bottom of the payment page, along with 3cket's terms and conditions and privacy policy. This field is mandatory.

5. Advanced settings

The advanced settings define the visibility of the event, the time limit for paying for the order and the VAT rate to be applied to the ticket price.

5. Publish event


After publishing the event, you can access the sales page via a link or a QR code.
