Terms and conditions (Portugal)

Scope

1. 3cket, S.A. legal person no. 515 366 285, with registered offices at Avenida do Brasil 33, Escritório B, 1700-062 Lisboa, Portugal hereinafter referred to as 3cket, is the entity responsible for operating the 3cket event management platform;
2. The terms and conditions set out herein are intended to define the general conditions for registering, selling tickets or digital top-ups intended for consumption at events using any of the strands that 3cket makes available to event organizers in all the domains, subdomains and applications it manages;
3. All information and settings for 3cket events are the sole responsibility of the event organizer;
4. If the event uses 3cket technology, the customer, by purchasing or activating the ticket for the event, is implicitly accepting these terms and conditions;


3cket Ticketing

5. The checkout page is personal and non-transferable, so any misuse of this page or duplicate payment is the responsibility of the customer;
6. A ticket purchased through 3cket is a digital ticket assigned exclusively to one holder. This means that not only is the digital ticket personal, but it must be assigned to the customer who will use it;
7. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the information on the purchase page when finalizing the order;
8. The digital ticket is valid upon presentation of the identification document when requested by the event organizers;
9. In addition to the value of the order, 3cket charges a variable operating cost which includes payment, invoicing and ticket release fees, as well as costs associated with processing ticket refunds where applicable;
10. The cost of operation is charged and invoiced by 3cket to the buyer and includes VAT at the legal rate in force and other taxes where applicable;
11. Ticket payments can be made using multiple means of payment. Payments are processed by authorized payment entities responsible for the entire process;
12. 3cket makes the services or products purchased available to the customer after being notified by the payment entities, up to the payment deadline, that the payment has been successful;
13. If the payment entity reports the success of the transaction after the payment deadline, the amount will be returned to the customer;
14. In the event of fraudulent use of any means of payment or claim received, 3cket reserves the right to cancel the transactions associated with those payment operations;
15. Any unavailability of payment methods or errors in their use are the sole responsibility of the payment entities responsible;
16. The means of payment available and the entities responsible for processing them may vary according to the total amount and type of payment, the geographical location of the event or the participant. They may also be changed at any time;
17. Once the sale has been finalized, 3cket does not make exchanges or returns;
18. 3cket does not refund operating costs under any circumstances;
19. It is the event promoter's responsibility to authorize exchanges and/or returns;
20. In the event of cancellation, postponement or changes to the event, it is the responsibility of the event promoter to authorize the return of the ticket price;
21. Returns made via 3cket are processed to the bank details provided by the customer via the ticket in the refund request process;
22. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the bank details entered are valid and correct, and it is not possible to correct them;
23. The refund request is successfully completed when the estimated return time and case number are provided;
24. The maximum return period is 30 days after the scheduled end date of the return request period, provided that the organizer makes the necessary funds available to process the returns;
25. If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect, whether due to an error in the price published on this website; if you manage to purchase a ticket before its sale date or if you manage to purchase a ticket put on sale in error, 3cket reserves the right to cancel the ticket and refund the amount paid. This measure will apply whether the error is due to a human fault on the part of 3cket or a technical fault;


3cket Cashless

26. A 3cket digital ticket is considered to be any form of use of 3cket Cashless technology - whether through a ticket or invitation purchased for the event, through access to the digital wallet communicated by the organizer as a means of consumption within the event or through any external gateway - physical card, wristband or credential.
27. It is the responsibility of the event promoter to make 3cket Cashless technology available at all concessionaires, bars, eateries or other points of sale of products on the event site. In the event that one or more of the spaces intended for consumption at the event do not accept 3cket Cashless technology, 3cket accepts no responsibility;
28. If the event uses 3cket Cashless technology, the customer will be able, via their digital ticket, to check in real time the balance available for consumption at the event, make digital top-ups, check movements (credits and debits) and invoices for top-ups or consumption;
29. Cash can also be topped up at physical locations at the event, which the promoter is responsible for providing;
30. For each purchase of products, an invoice is issued for that consumption in the name of the invoicing entity defined by the organization of the event;
31. If the customer wants their tax details to be entered on the invoice, they must enter their name and TIN on the ticket before making the purchase or tell the operator before the transaction;
32. 3cket makes the credits resulting from digital top-ups available after being notified by the payment entities, up to the payment deadline, that the payment has been successful;
33. If the payment entity reports the success of the transaction after the payment deadline, the amount debited is returned to the customer;
34. In the event of fraudulent use of any means of payment or payment claim made by the customer, 3cket reserves the right to cancel the transactions associated with those payment operations;
35. Any unavailability of payment methods or errors in their use are the sole responsibility of the payment entities;
36. The means of payment available and the entities responsible for processing them may vary according to the total amount and type of payment, the geographical location of the event or the participant, and may change at any time;
37. It is the promoter's decision to allow the return of unused credits after the event and to define the deadline for this. This information is explained in the ticket balance consultation area;
38. Returns made via 3cket are processed to the bank details provided by the customer via the ticket in the refund request process;
39. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the bank details entered are valid and correct, and it is not possible to correct them;
40. The refund request is successfully completed when the estimated return period is submitted;
41. The request for reimbursement of the remaining balance can be consulted in the "Transactions" tab of the digital ticket;
42. The return of remaining unused credits when made to countries outside the SEPA area may incur additional costs;
43. After the end of the period indicated for the return request, no new return requests will be accepted;
44. If, for any reason, the customer is unable to submit the return request via the ticket, they should contact 3cket support at help@3cket.com. The date of sending the email with the return request is considered to be the effective date of the request. If the date of the email exceeds the return period, the request will not be considered;
45. The remaining amount will be transferred within 7 working days of the end of the advertised return period;
46. 3cket, S.A. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to make changes to the content of these Terms and Conditions of the services provided.
