In the "Advanced Settings" tab, you can define the event settings and recommendations for the public, as well as the VAT rate to be applied to the ticket price.
Event settings
Visibility of the event:
Public event: The event has a public sales page and tickets can be purchased without any restrictions.
Private event: The event does not have a public sales page and tickets can only be sold via the backoffice.
Not listed: The event has a sales page that can only be accessed via the corresponding link.
Indicative minimum age: This defines any age restriction related to the event.
Order payment limit: This defines the maximum period available for the customer to complete payment of their order. ⚠️ While the order is pending payment, the tickets selected in the order are unavailable for sale.
Billing settings
Main VAT: Here you define the VAT rate to be applied to the ticket price.
Secondary VAT: Here you can optionally set the VAT rate to be applied to tickets with two tax rates.
