Advanced settings

Advanced settingsare available underManage Event>Edit Event>Advanced Settings. To reuse the settings from another event, simply select the "Copy from another event" option.

Event settings

• Visibility of the event:
  • Public event: The event has a public ticket sales page, and tickets can be purchased without any restrictions.
  • Private event: The event does not have a public sales page, and tickets can only be sold through the back office.
  • Not listed: The event has a sales page that can only be accessed via the corresponding link.
• Suggested minimum age:the recommended minimum age for the event.
• Order payment limit: The maximum amount of time a participant has to complete payment for the order (for example, 30 minutes).
  • As long as the order is pending payment, the selected tickets will be unavailable for sale.
• Digital ticket gateways:access support associated with the digital ticket—QR code,credential,card,wristband, ordisabled.

Tax Definitions

• Main VAT:the VAT rate applied to the price of all tickets.
• Secondary VAT (optional): For tickets with two tax rates. After selecting the tax rate, the following is set for each ticket:
  • Percentage of the price— the portion of the ticket price to which the secondary VAT is applied. The remaining amount is subject to the primary VAT.
  • Invoice description fortheprimaryandsecondary items— text displayed on the invoice for each of the parties.

Example: For a “Networking Dinner” ticket priced at 100 €, with a price percentage of 40% and a secondary VAT rate of 13%, 13% VAT is applied to 40 € (dinner) and the primary VAT rate of 23% is applied to the remaining 60 € (event admission).

Open access to the digital ticket

For events where participants need access to the 3cket digital ticket, but there is no public sales page.

Participants scan a QR code provided by the organization and gain access to their digital ticket.

Example: cashless events or events with free admission, where a 3cket ticket is required to purchase drinks at the bars or participate in other event activities (such as interactive experiences).

Whengranting public access to the digital ticket, the following options are available:

• Disabled— public access is not available.
• Authorize public access— anyone who scans the QR code receives a digital ticket.
• Authorize public access (with QR code tab)— same as the previous option, with the QR code tab visible on the digital ticket.

Ticket Limit per Participant

When enabled, this sets thetotal limit on the number of tickets pereventparticipant, regardless of the number of orders. Participants are identified bythe cell phone numberused during the purchase.

Example: On a guest list with a limit of 1, each participant can only register once, and the same person cannot redeem multiple tickets.
