Publish event
Publication is the final step in organizing the event.
Before publishing, you must select theevent's visibility.
Choose visibility
| Visibility | Description |
|---|---|
| Public event | It has a public page and appears on 3cket.com and in search engines. Ideal for parties, festivals, and any event with ticket sales or free registration. |
| Event not listed | There's a page that can only be accessed through the event link. It doesn't appear on 3cket.com or in search engines. |
| Private event | It does not have a public page and is managed through the 3cket back office. Ideal for corporate, brand, and guest events. |
After choosing the option you want, simply select "Post Event."

Visibility can be changed at any time inthe advanced settings.
After publishing
After publication, two links will be available to report the event:
- View event page:Opens the event page; you can copy and share the link.
- Download the QR code from the event page:a QR code that, when scanned, takes you to the event page.
❗Note: Forprivate events, these links are not available, since the event does not have a public page.
If the optionto authorize public accessto the digital ticket is enabled inthe advanced settings, the option todownload the public access QR code will also be available. This is the code that participants scan to access the digital ticket.
The "Go to Event Home Page" option redirects you to the event'shomepage in the back office.
