Ticket exchange
Ticket exchanges are done directly in the back office and authorized by the event organizer.
Ticket refunds and new purchases

This option consists of authorizing the returnof the ticket so that the participant cansubmit a refund request using their digital ticket (where the estimated maximum return period is 7 business days) and then purchase the desired ticket.
- ⚠️ This means that participants pay the operating costs twice, as they are non-refundable.
Suspension of tickets and issuance of a new ticket or invitation

This option consists of suspending the current ticket and:
- If the tickets have the same price: issue an invitation to the participant
- In this case, new invitations with specific names such as "Exchange - Day 18" must be created to account for exchange situations.
- If the tickets have different prices: create a ticket with the difference in price named "Upgrade X" and make a private sale through the back office to that same participant, using their phone number and email address.
- If the tickets have the same price: issue an invitation to the participant
