Suspend tickets
A participant's tickets are suspended through theparticipant management system.
When you go to the participant's profile and click on the "Tickets" tab, you'll see the optionto suspend tickets.
How to suspend a ticket
- The "Suspend Tickets" option is selected.
- Select the ticket(s) to be suspended.
- Thereason for the suspension is stated in writing so that it is recorded in the participant’s file.
- The process is complete.
After suspension, the participant will no longer have access to their digital ticket.
⚠️ Important information
- Suspending a ticketdoes not constitute a refund—if the participant needs to be reimbursed, you must use one of the options listed in the"Ticket Refunds" section.
- The reason provided is recorded in the participant's history for future reference or analysis.
- This feature is typically used whenexchanging ticketsor whenever it is necessary to void a ticket without issuing a refund.
