Suspend tickets

A participant's tickets are suspended through theparticipant management system.

When you go to the participant's profile and click on the "Tickets" tab, you'll see the optionto suspend tickets.


How to suspend a ticket

  1. The "Suspend Tickets" option is selected.
  2. Select the ticket(s) to be suspended.
  3. Thereason for the suspension is stated in writing so that it is recorded in the participant’s file.
  4. The process is complete.

After suspension, the participant will no longer have access to their digital ticket.


⚠️ Important information

  1. Suspending a ticketdoes not constitute a refund—if the participant needs to be reimbursed, you must use one of the options listed in the"Ticket Refunds" section.
  2. The reason provided is recorded in the participant's history for future reference or analysis.
  3. This feature is typically used whenexchanging ticketsor whenever it is necessary to void a ticket without issuing a refund.
