Create a ticket

You create tickets in manage event > edit event > tickets > create ticket.


To get started, you'll need the following information:

  1. Name - must clearly describe the ticket.
    • Example:"Daily Ticket - March 2nd" or"General Pass - 1st Lot".
  2. Description - optional, may include information relevant to the ticket holder.
    • Example:"Includes 5 free drinks" or"This ticket gives access to the VIP area".
  3. Validity - period in which the ticket is valid and can be used by the participant
    • By default it has the same duration as the event and should be changed for multi-day events.
    • ⚠️ Not to be confused with the period in which the ticket is available for sale.
  4. Ticket price - retail price including VAT.
  5. Stock - total number of tickets available.
  6. Place of sale - the place of sale for a ticket is predefined as"all sales pages + backoffice".
  7. Permission - different permission levels limit access and ticket sales to certain groups of users.
