Create a ticket
You create tickets in manage event > edit event > tickets > create ticket.
To get started, you'll need the following information:
- Name - must clearly describe the ticket.
- Example:"Daily Ticket - March 2nd" or"General Pass - 1st Lot".
- Description - optional, may include information relevant to the ticket holder.
- Example:"Includes 5 free drinks" or"This ticket gives access to the VIP area".
- Validity - period in which the ticket is valid and can be used by the participant
- By default it has the same duration as the event and should be changed for multi-day events.
- ⚠️ Not to be confused with the period in which the ticket is available for sale.
- Ticket price - retail price including VAT.
- Stock - total number of tickets available.
- Place of sale - the place of sale for a ticket is predefined as"all sales pages + backoffice".
- Permission - different permission levels limit access and ticket sales to certain groups of users.
