Advanced ticket and invitation settings

Once the tickets or invitations have been created, new tabs appear that allow you to configure them in more detail.


In SALE you define:

  1. O state of the ticket (when the sales site = all sales pages + backoffice).
    • Active - The ticket is available for purchase on the sales page, provided there is stock.
    • Sold out - The ticket is not available for purchase and appears on the sales page with the notification "Sold out".
    • Inactive - The ticket is not available for purchase and appears on the sales page without being selected.
  2. The period between which the ticket is available for sale. 
  3. The limit of tickets per order that a participant can buy in a single order.
  4. The original stock or number of tickets originally available.
  5. If we activate/deactivate the holder exchange. If the holder exchange is not active, the participant will not be able to send their ticket to someone else.

AUTOMATIZATION is optionally defined:

  1. If, after the ticket is sold out, open sales for a new ticket. 
    • Example: When the 1st lot ticket sells out, sales automatically open for the 2nd lot ticket.
  2. If you buy the ticket offered note and in which quantity.
    • ExampleWhen you buy your ticket pack 6 tickets, give away 5 tickets escort pack
      • (The companion pack ticket must be a ticket costing €0 and with the place of sale limited to the back office so that it doesn't appear on the sales page).

Under DIGITAL TICKET you define the logo, background image and background color of the digital ticket.
