Returning tickets

For organizers:
Ticketsare refundedusing a device running the 3cket Deskapp andconnected to the internet.
Access to the app is unlocked with a 9-digit codethat can be created under Manage Event > 3cket Desk > Add > Ticket Refunds.
Returning tickets
To return tickets, simply scan the participant's QR code or contactless bracelet > choose the tickets to return > select authorize return or return in cash and confirm the operation.

Authorize return

This option allows the amount to be refunded - directly to the participant's digital ticket - after filling in the IBAN and account holder name.
Return in cash
- This option should be used when the event organizer refunds the ticket price to the participant - in cash or by bank transfer - directly on site.

⚠️ Important information
- Only refund requests finalized by the participant in the digital ticket are valid
- The estimated return period is up to 7 working days
- Refunds are only available until the close of business of the event
- Once the return, cancellation or refund has been authorized by the organizer, it is not possible to reverse the action
- It is only possible to authorize a full refund of the amount paid for each ticket
- In an order with multiple tickets where the buyer has sent the ticket to other participants, the refund must be authorized or made to the current ticket holder
