3cket Desk application

The 3cket Desk app is available free of charge for iPhone and iPad (App Store) and for Android devices (Google Play Store) and allows you to operate the various functions of an event by scanning QR codes or NFC wristbands/cards. 


Once installed, you need to enter a 9-digit code to activate the session and its function, and you can add multiple sessions on the same device.

💡 To add or end a session, simply click on the top right corner and select the corresponding option.

⚠️ Important information

  1. The equipment used needs to be connected to the internet at all times.
  2. The app must be updated to the latest available version.
