Point of sale

Products are sold using an iOS (iPhone or iPad) or Android device with the 3cket Desk app and an internet connection.


Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Register products

To redeem products, simply scan the participant's QR code or contactless bracelet > select the products > CHECKOUT.

Register offers

Offer products are highlighted. The process for discounting an offer is exactly the same as for registering a product.

If the offer is not valid at the respective point of sale, has already been used or has expired, it will not be displayed after scanning the participant's QR code/wristband.

💡 Before checking out, it is important to confirm that the products in the cart and the total amount match the customer's order. The checkout is successful when you receive a green notification at the top of the screen.

⚠️ Important information

  1. The transaction can only be completed if the participant's balance exceeds the value of the order. 
  2. It is possible to cancel products when they are registered incorrectly.
