Product returns

Products can be returned using a device with the 3cket Desk application and an internet connection. 

Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Product returns

To return products, simply scan the participant's QR code or contactless bracelet > choose the order > select the product to return and confirm the operation.

Demonstrative example

⚠️ Important information

  1. It is not possible to return free products(offers).
  2. The orders are organized by date (from the most recent to the oldest).
  3. Once the product has been returned, it is not possible to reverse the action.
