Participant management functionalities

After selecting the participant's profile (by searching by name, telephone contact or e-mail), you can manage and gather information using the different tabs available.


Participant

It is possible to view the participant's digital ticket, as well as resend the access link via SMS or e-mail.


Orders 

There is a record of all the orders placed by the participant and their current status (completed, pending or expired).

By clicking on an order, you have access to all the details of the order and the link to the order page (sent by e-mail to the customer) where the invoice appears, as well as the identification of the holders of the tickets included in that order.


Tickets

The tickets associated with the participant and their status (completed, pending, expired, return authorized or return completed) appear.

In this tab you can authorize returns, view your ticket history and suspend tickets.


Events

Information is displayed on the participant's check-in (date and time), balance and consumption, as well as access history to the event.
