Work zones
A work zone is defined as any place in the venue where the participant interacts with the 3cket system.
To create new work zones, simply select manage event > work zones > create work zone > choose the name, category and submit.
Standard work zones
Once the event has been published, a work area - or several, if the event has multiple days - is automatically made available for check-in, with the respective 3cket Desk codes already associated.
Cashless work zones
In a cashless operation, it is necessary to create work zones for:
- Points of sale - Example: Bar 1, Bar 2, Foodtruck A
- Clothes rack - when applicable (with an associated product and its value)
- Switch to card - where there must be a gateway association code
