UTM Tracking
UTM parametersallow you to track the source of ticket sales and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
What are UTM parameters?
UTM parameters are tags that add information to the sales link for each event. This information is stored by 3cket for each purchase.
How do I add UTM parameters to a sales page?
You can add UTM parameters to the sales link by adding a question mark"?"followed by the desired parameters. Each parameter added after the first must have an "&" as a link.
Example:
https://3cket.com/event/nome-do-evento?utm_source=blog&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=black-friday
Available parameters:
- utm_source- Identifies the source of traffic (example: Instagram, Google, newsletter)
- utm_medium- Identifies the type of channel (example: post, email)
- utm_campaign- Identifies the specific campaign (example: black-friday)
- utm_content- Identifies content variations (example: blue-banner, video-1)
- utm_term- Identifies paid keywords (example: festival tickets)
⚠️UTM parameters are case sensitive. We always recommend using lowercase letters.
