Print Credentials
Badges are printedusing an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) and a thermal printer, along with the3cket Deskappandan internet connection.
Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.
⚠️This feature is available exclusively on iOS devices iOS (iPhone or iPad), in conjunction with a Brother QL-810W.
Initial setup
1. Log in to the app
- Open the 3cket Desk app and log in using yourcode ( available under Manage Event > 3cket Desk > Print Credentials)
2. Pair the printer
- After logging in, select the "⚙️" option —in the upper-right corner— and pair the Brother QL-810W printer with your device viaBluetooth.
⚠️This pairing is only required the first time you use the device.
Print a badge
Once the initial setup is complete, there are two ways to print a participant's badge:
- Scanning the QR code— point your device’s camera at the QR code on the participant’s ticket.
- Manual search— search for the participant in the list by name, phone number, or email address.
After identifying the participant, select the "Print" option to print the badge.
Edit data before printing
If the participant's information is incorrect, you canedit it directly in the appbefore printing.
✅Example:The participant misspelled their name or listed an outdated job title when registering—simply correct the field directly in the app before printing the badge.
