Guide for ambassadors

For a user to create an account and have access to the backoffice, simply log on to app.3cket.com > enter the telephone number > paste in the association code - provided by the event organizers - and complete the registration.

If the ambassador/RP has already used 3cket in the past, they need to log in or select the recover password option - at the bottom of the page - to set a new password. After logging in, simply click on the link to an organizer, event or team rectangle on the homepage and paste in the link code.

Demonstrative example

1. HOME

The"Home" tab gives access to the ambassador link - which can be shared with the public and from which sales are registered - and the total number of tickets registered (tickets + invitations) by the seller.

2. ANALYTICS

In analytics > attendees you can follow the evolution of the number of attendees registered by the seller and the evolution of entries on the day of the event.

In analytics > salespeople - for team leaders only - you can see the top 100 salespeople with details of the total amount invoiced by each one, the number of tickets issued and the number of admissions. The information displayed can be limited to a specific date range to find out, for example, how many sales were recorded on a given day.

3. PARTICIPANT MANAGEMENT

Participant management allows the ambassador/RP to completely manage their list of participants using the available filters (name, telephone contact, e-mail, etc.) in the search. After selecting the profile, 4 tabs appear with different functionalities:

  • Participant - to resend the SMS and e-mail to access the ticket.
  • Orders - to consult general order data and resend the e-mail to access the order page (where the participant can download the invoices).
  • Tickets - to check your ticket history and cancel sent invitations.
  • Event - to confirm that the participant has already checked in to the event.

4. SELL

Private sales can be made directly through the back office. After selecting the ticket and its quantity, simply go ahead and fill in the name and telephone number of the participant, who will receive a payment link via SMS (valid for 30 minutes).
