Analytics participants
The participant analyticsdashboard allows you to track sales and invitations issued, check-ins made, and demographic data of event participants in real time.
This information can be accessed via analytics > participants.
Filters
The following filters are available at the top of the screen to refine the view:
- From/To- Filter by date range
- Session- Filter by specific session (example: semi-final, final)
- Ticket- Filter by ticket type
- Seller- Filter by specific seller
After selecting the desired filters, clickSearch.
Overview
Tickets issued
- Total tickets sold + invitations issued
- When you expand the card (icon in the upper right corner), the following are displayed:
- Total number of tickets
- Returned/canceled tickets
- Average age of participants
- Percentage by gender (male/female)
Entries
- Number of check-ins already completed
- Percentage of admissions in relation to total tickets issued
- When expanding the card, the same demographic data is displayed.
Evolution of participants
- Graph showing the daily evolution of tickets and invitations issued
- Purple - Paid tickets
- Blue - Invitations
- Allows you to view sales peaks and trends over time
Country
- Map showing the geographic distribution of participants
- Based on the telephone contact indicator
Per day
It displays the number of tickets soldper dayin different rectangles, making it easy to view the sales performance for each specific day.
By ticket type
Lists allticket typescreated for the event and the respective quantities sold.
Example:
- VIP ticket - 200 tickets
- General Admission Ticket - 2,500 tickets
- Backstage Ticket - 50 tickets
By internal tag
Groups tickets by assignedinternal tag, allowing you to organize and analyze different categories.
Example of use:
- Group all VIP tickets (even if they are from different batches) with the tag "VIP."
- Separate tickets from different sponsors/partners of the event
On site
Displays all peopleinside the eventat that precise moment, filtered bythe check-in codeused.
Usage:
- Useful for events with multiple zones or different days
- Lets you know how many people entered using each code
Example:
- Code "Friday" - 1,200 entries
- Code "Saturday" - 2,050 entries
- "VIP Zone" code - 300 entries
Seat availability
Available only forevents with reserved seating.
It has columns with the different types of seats and their occupancy:
- Total number of seats occupied/available
- Percentage of occupancy by category
Example:
- Audience A - 450/500 (90%)
- Audience B - 320/400 (80%)
- Box seats - 8/10 (80%)
Export data
Participant data can be downloaded via analytics > reports.
