Associate a card or wristband

A card or wristband can be linked using an iOS (iPhone or iPad) or Android device with the 3cket Desk app and an internet connection. 

Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Associate card or wristband

This function allows you to associate a card or wristband to an attendee with a valid ticket.


To associate a card or wristband with a participant, you must:

  1. Scan the QR code of the participant's digital ticket or search for the participant in the list
  2. Scan the QR code of the card to be linked or touch the wristband to be linked

💡 This function is used when tickets are exchanged for wristbands or at cashless events where the participant runs out of battery on their phone.

⚠️ Important information

  1. The wristband or card can only be linked once per participant.
