Associate a card or wristband
The gateway association is made via an iOS (iPhone or iPad) or Android device with the 3cket Desk application and an internet connection.
Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.
The gateway association allows you to associate a card or wristband with a participant.
To associate a card or wristband with a participant, you must:
- Scan the QR code or search for the participant in the list
- Scan the QR code of the card to be linked or touch the wristband to be linked
The wristband or card can only be linked once per participant.
