How do I download the SAF-T file?

The file can be downloaded in the promoter's area under manage promoter > invoicing.

Which user group has access?

Only super-administrators of the promoter have access to and can download the SAF-T file.

When will it be available in the back office? 

The SAF-T file for a given month is available for download from the 3rd of the following month.

You can download the last 3 files available.

Error downloading SAF-T?

The SAF-T will be generated after you click on the download button. Depending on the size of the file, it may download immediately or take some time to complete the process.

If you get an error message when you try to download again and again, it means that the SAF-T is being generated and all you have to do is download it again a few minutes later.
