Configuring 3cket Desk codes

The 3cket Desk code settings can be defined and edited at any time.

Gateway

Under open via you define the search/reading method associated with the respective code. 

• QR Code - Unlocks the camera for reading QR codes.
• List of attendees - Provides a search for the list of attendees (should only be used for ticket office, access control , checkroom and gateway association functions).
• Contactless wristbands and cards - Allows NFC wristbands/cards to be read.
• External keyboard - Unlocks a keyboard where you can enter data manually.

The choose tickets option appears in the gateway association, ticket office and access control functions. It allows

Validity

The validity of 3cket Desk codes limits access to the application to a certain period of time. By default, all codes created have a variation of 4 hours in relation to the start and end date of the event, so that they can be entered into the respective devices in advance.

• Example: Event time (10:00 - 16:00) ; 3cket Desk code validity (06:00 - 20:00).
