Coat rack

The checkroom is managed using an iOS (iPhone or iPad) or Android device with the 3cket Desk app and an internet connection. 

Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Register and return the item

To register an item in the checkroom you need to:

  1. Scan the participant's QR code or contactless wristband.
  2. Select the register item option, enter the hanger number and confirm.

To return an item , simply scan the participant's QR code or contactless wristband again, select the item to return under"Registered items" and confirm the operation.


Demonstrative example

💡 If the participant runs out of battery or doesn't have access to their cell phone, it is possible to return the item in the checkroom. In these cases, simply swipe left on the main screen > select the attendee list option > use the magnifying glass and search for the attendee's name/phone number and return the item.

⚠️ Important information

  1. If there are parts with different prices you need to create two work areas with two 3cket Desk codes different.
    • Example: Work areas - Clothes rack, Suitcase rack; 3cket Desk (Rental) codes - Clothes rack, Suitcase rack.
  2. You can see information on usage time and unreturned items in analytics > checkroom.
