Coat rack

The checkroom is managed using an iOS (iPhone or iPad) or Android device with the 3cket Desk app and an internet connection. 

Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Register and return the item

To register an item in the checkroom, simply scan the QR code or wristband > select the register item option > enter the hanger number and confirm.

To return an item , simply scan the participant's QR code or wristband again > select the item to return under"Registered items" and confirm the operation.


Demonstrative example

💡 If the participant runs out of battery or doesn't have access to their cell phone, it is possible to return the item in the checkroom. In these cases, simply select the list of participants option on the main screen > use the magnifying glass and search for the participant's name/phone number and return the item.

⚠️ Important information

  1. If there are multiple products associated with the checkroom, you can select them from the list on the main screen.
