Ticket office

Tickets are sold using an iOS (iPhone or iPad) or Android device with the 3cket Desk app and an internet connection. 

Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code (Ticket Office) available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Selling tickets

Tickets can be sold in person: 

  • Sending ticket only by SMS.
    • List of participants > select from list > add new participant(validate) > choose tickets > fill in participant details > select payment method.
  • Associating the ticket a paper card (with QR Code) or to a bracelet NFC.
    • Scan the QR code or wristband > choose the tickets > fill in the participant's details > select the payment method.

  1. You can add tax data on the order summary page.
  2. The payment method should only be selected after the collection guarantee.
