Ticket office

Tickets are sold using an iOS (iPhone or iPad) or Android device with the 3cket Desk app and an internet connection. 

Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code (Ticket Office) available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Selling tickets

Tickets can be sold on site digitally or using a paper card/pulse: 

  • Digital sales - the participant receives the tickets by SMS and/or e-mail
    • List of participants > select from list > add new participant(validate) > choose tickets > fill in participant details > select payment method.
  • Physical sales - the participant receives a card or wristband
    • Scan the QR code on the paper card or wristband > choose the tickets > fill in the participant's details > select the payment method.

⚠️ Important information

  1. Tax data can be added on the order summary page and the participant receives the invoice by e-mail.
  2. The payment method should only be selected after the collection guarantee.
