Sell tickets through the backoffice

Ticket sales in the back office are made via the"Sell" tab.

In this menu you need to select the tickets to be sold > fill in the name and telephone number of the participant and submit.

The participant receives an SMS with a link to complete the payment of their order within the time limit defined in the event's advanced settings.

⚠️ Important information 

1. Only tickets with stock can be sold.
2. The language used in the message is the one defined in the general event information.
