Importer of participants

Tickets are imported from Manage Event > Ticket Importer using the template available in the"Example file".

You can only import files in CSV format.


Ticket importer

In the example file , the participants' details are filled in according to the instructions in the document.

  1. Source - backoffice
  2. Ticket - here you select the ticket/register associated with the listing to be imported.
  3. SMS and e-mail - to send an SMS and/or e-mail when importing, simply select the corresponding option on the page.

External ticket importer

To import tickets from external ticket offices, you must:

  • Only fill in the first column (QRCode) of the example file with the number corresponding to the ticket barcode.
  • Create the tickets in the back office, with an easily identifiable name, locked only to the back office and with the stock at 0.
    • Example: Daily Ticket - March 2nd (Ticket Office A)

Once the file has been uploaded to the platform, simply choose the corresponding ticket office in the"Source" option and the"Ticket" associated with the listing to be imported.


⚠️ Important information

  1. It may take a few minutes for the import to complete.
  2. There is a maximum limit of 30 characters to be used in the participant's name.
  3. No special characters may be used in any field of the file.
