Loading cash balances

The cash balance top-up allows participants to top up their balance at a physical point during the event, using a device with the 3cket Desk application and an internet connection. 

Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Loading

To complete the top-up, simply scan the QR code or the participant's wristband > choose the amount to top up > checkout > select the payment method (cash or card).

Demonstrative example

⚠️ Important information

  1. After topping up, the balance is automatically available on the participant's digital ticket.
  2. The payment method should only be selected after the collection guarantee.
  3. The notification must always be presented to the participant as proof of loading.
