Loading cash balances

The cash balance top-up allows participants to top up their balance with the event organizer and is done using a device with the 3cket Desk application and an internet connection. 

Access to the application is unlocked with a 9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Loading

To complete the charge, simply scan the participant's QR code or contactless bracelet and:

  • Choose the amount to be charged.
    • You can use the preset values or enter the value manually + INSE.
  • Tax data (optional).
    • To add tax data, simply select the ? option and enter your name and VAT number.
  • Checkout
  • Choose your payment method (Cash or POS).

⚠️ Important information

  1. After loading, the balance remains automatically available on the participant's digital ticket.
    • The payment method should only be selected after the collection guarantee.
  2. The notification must always be presented to the participant as proof of loading.
  3. The tax data submitted is associated with all consumption invoices issued after the upload.
