Return of cash balance

Box loads are returned using a device with the 3cket Desk application and an internet connection. 

Access to the application is unlocked with a9-digit code available in manage event > 3cket Desk.

Return of balance

To return top-ups, simply scan the participant's QR code or contactless wristband. The options appear in this menu:

  • Return of balance
    • The customer's entire balance is marked as refunded and must be handed over to the participant.
  • Load cancellation
    • Only one specific charge is canceled.

⚠️ Important information

  1. The operation can only be completed if the participant has a balance.
  2. You can only refund the balance of paid top-ups.
  3. It is not possible to refund top-ups whose value exceeds the participant's total balance.
  4. Uploads are organized by date (from the most recent to the oldest).
  5. Once returned, it is not possible to reverse the action.
