Return of remaining balance

Are you a participant? Find out about the refund policy for the remaining balance in the participant help center.


For the organizer:


In the settings of the cashless module in manage event > cashless, you activate the return of the remaining balance, defining the dates between which the participant can request a refund.

The remaining balance is not refunded automatically. The participant will have to submit the request on their digital ticket, indicating the destination IBAN.


⚠️ Important information

  1. The estimated return period after the participant submits the request is 7 working days.
  2. The financial closure of the event is only made after the return deadline has passed.
  3. Once the dates have been set, it is not possible to reverse the action.
