Send SMS campaign

SMS marketing allows you to communicate with customers who have agreed to receive offers, invitations and communications from the event organizer.

SMS marketing is sent via the promoter area > SMS > schedule SMS with the following data:

1. SMS sender - name with a maximum of 10 characters, without special characters or spaces.
2. SMS text - text with a maximum of 150 characters. It is not possible to use special characters (e.g. á + € ' ç or enter). Whenever the "SMS text" field has an error indication, there are invalid characters that must be removed.
3. Start - date and time of the start of sending. SMS will start being sent at the time indicated.
4. Tickets - the events where the participants had a valid ticket are chosen.

⚠️ Important information

1. You can cancel the SMS campaign once it has been scheduled and up to the start of sending ("begins").
2. Shipping will begin after the start date and may not start at the scheduled time.
3. The associated costs are charged to the event with the earliest start date.
4. It is not possible to schedule an SMS campaign without an open future event.
