How to communicate the cashless 3cket in the venue?
The cashless 3cket takes place directly on the participants' cell phones and the correct communication guarantees the perfect experience for everyone.
Communication should be concise, in simple steps and in the languages relevant to the event. It should also be adapted to the reality of the event according to the type of cashless operation (see examples below).
The main means of purchasing credits must be communicated through text, logo or iconography ( MB WAY, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Multibanco Reference) .

What information should the media contain?

What to do:
- Communication must be printed on different sizes of media
- The material used must be resistant to water and weather conditions
- The largest supports should be placed above the participants' level of vision
- Ensure uniform distribution of communication (entrance, venue, points of sale and loading)
- All media must be presented vertically
What not to do:
- Communication on too-small supports, horizontally and only at points of sale
- Supports that cannot withstand water or weather conditions (sheets of paper, paper posters, etc.)
- Communication on the counter or its structure that is easily covered by the public
