TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. 3cket, S.A. legal person no. 515 366 285, with registered offices at Av. Brasil, 33, 1700-062 Lisboa, hereinafter referred to as 3cket, is the entity responsible for operating the 3cket event management platform.
  2. The terms and conditions set out herein are intended to define the general conditions for registering, selling tickets or digital top-ups intended for consumption at events using any of the strands that 3cket makes available to event organizers in all the domains, sub-domains and applications it manages.
  3. By creating a user account on the event app, the customer is also creating a user account on the 3cket platform. The creation of this registration on the 3cket platform serves solely and exclusively to provide the customer with the functionalities of the 3cket Cahsless solution, namely - digital loading of balance for consumption, consultation of available balance and voucher, consultation of transactions and invoices and purchase of products and services at the points of sale at the event.
  4. It is the responsibility of the event promoter to make 3cket Cashless technology available at all concessionaires, bars, eateries or other points of sale on the event site. In the event that one or more of the spaces intended for consumption at the event does not accept the means of payment made available through 3cket Cashless technology, 3cket will not be held liable.
  5. If the event uses 3cket cashless technology, the customer will be able, via the event app, to check the balance available for consumption at the event in real time, make digital top-ups, check movements (credits and debits) and the invoices for the products or services consumed.
  6. For each purchase at the event, an invoice is issued in the name of the event promoter with VAT included at the rate in force. A purchase is understood to be the conversion of the balance previously loaded into the 3cket Wallet for products or services purchased at the points of sale. 
  7. If the customer wishes to enter their tax details on the invoice, they must enter their name and VAT number in the area for topping up the balance to be consumed before making the payment.
  8. If the event uses 3cket Cashless technology, in which participants can purchase credits via digital means of payment for consumption at the event, the customer, by purchasing the ticket for the event, is implicitly accepting the conditions described below.
  9. 3cket makes the services or products purchased available to the customer after being notified by the payment entities, up to the payment deadline, that the payment has been successful.
  10. If the payment entity reports the success of the transaction after the payment deadline, the amount debited is returned to the customer.
  11. In the event of fraudulent use of any means of payment or payment claim made by the customer, 3cket reserves the right to cancel the transactions associated with those payment operations.
  12. Any unavailability of payment methods or errors in their use are the sole responsibility of the payment entities responsible.
  13. The means of payment available and the entities responsible for processing them may vary according to the total amount and type of payment, the geographical location of the event or the participant, and may change at any time;
  14. It is up to the promoter to allow the return of unused credits left over after the event. This information is explained in the balance return area of the event application.
  15. Returns made via 3cket are processed by bank transfer to the bank details indicated by the customer in the event application in the refund request process
  16. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the bank details entered are valid and correct.
  17. The refund request is successfully completed when the estimated return time and case number are displayed.
  18. The return of remaining unused credits when made to countries outside the SEPA area may incur additional costs.
  19. No new return requests will be accepted after the deadline indicated for the return request.
  20. If, for any reason, the customer is unable to submit the return request via the event app, they should contact 3cket support at help@3cket.com. The date on which the email with the return request is sent is considered to be the effective date of the request. If the date of the email exceeds the return period, the request will not be considered.
  21. The remaining amount will be transferred within 7 working days of the end of the advertised return period to the IBAN of the indicated destination account.
  22. 3cket, S.A. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to make changes to the content of these Terms and Conditions of the services provided.
